Terms and Conditions

It is understood by the Buyer(s) that said Dog will NOT be released into Buyer’s custody until purchase price is met and Seller has been PAID-IN-FULL.  It is also understood if not paid-in-full by agreed date, which the Buyer will not be entitle to a refund and seller will remain in full custody of said Dog and all rights for Dog will remain with Wynter Knights (Seller).

Conditions of Sale

 

 

1) The Buyer(s) agrees to spay/neuter the above dog by the agreed date of Seller.      _____(initials)

 

2) The buyer(s) agrees to be responsible for any and all associated veterinary costs and agrees to provide the Seller a spay/neuter certificate signed by a licensed veterinarian.         _____(initials) 

 

3)In the event that the said so dog above, health does not allow this agreement to be honored, Seller/Breeder must be provided with a statement from Buyer's veterinarian that this dog is not yet in physical and/or emotional condition for surgery. Based upon the veterinarian's evaluations of this dog Buyer(s) will notify Seller/Breeder of the next earliest new established date the procedure can be performed. Buyer(s) will notify Seller of this amendment in writing, at which time all other conditions of this agreement will apply and be enforced.          _____(initials)

 

4) It is the responsibility of the Buyer(s), NOT the veterinarian, to ensure that Seller has received verification that the surgery has been performed.                    _____(initials)

 

5) Failure to comply with this agreement by the date agreed upon, unless otherwise agreed to in writing, will be considered a breach of the contract and Buyer(s) will transport this puppy back to Wynter Knights Kennel and will not be entitled to a refund.  OR the Buyer(s) agree to pay any and all fees, including but not limited to legal fees, court costs, travel expenses, depositions, telephone calls, veterinary fees, boarding fees, etc.   _____(initials)

 

6) Transfer of ownership or housing of this dog does not limit or in any way change any of the responsibility of the above named Buyer(s) to spay/neuter the dog as per this agreement. ____(initials)

 

7) The Buyer(s) agrees to take puppy/dog to veterinarian within 7 days(seven) for a health exam to confirm the health of the dog.                                                        _____(initials)

 

8) It is understood that NO Pedigree or Registration Papers will be provided or signed over until the spay/neuter agreement has been completed.       _____(initials)

 

9) It is understood that at any point in the puppies/dogs life, for ANY reason, the buyer is unable to take care of the puppy/dog or does not want the puppy/dog anymore the buyer is to take said puppy/dog back to  Sarah Coleman (Wynter Knights Kennel).  There will be no refund given at this time.

 

10) This puppy/dog will come with a 1 year health guarantee against genetic defects.
